We are delighted that you are considering the Braid Hills Hotel for your forthcoming event.
Built in 1886 our hotel is an impressive well known Edinburgh landmark. Full of character with many original features proudly preserved throughout this Victorian building, from our distinctive corner towers, fabulous stained glass windows and original ornate ceiling cornicing. We have beautiful gardens around the building, for that evening stroll we are located adjacent to the beautiful Braidburn Valley Park which boasts 11 hectares of mature parkland and views of the Pentland Hills.
Free parking, panoramic views of Edinburgh and you may be pleasantly surprised to know that we are just minutes from the bustling city centre. 8 minutes by car, 20 minutes by regular public transport right outside the Hotel, 3-4 mins from the city bypass Lothianburn junction.
Each of our event suites have been fully and sympathetically refurbished, each offering its own distinctive character, all have been individually designed with the required amenities, perfect for a meeting, conference, celebration or special event. Our experienced Events Team are on hand from your initial enquiry to the planning and design of your event, suggesting ideas and packages personally tailored to you.
